We were so impressed by the professionalism and kindness of all the staff. We are visitors from the UK and dropped in on the off chance to ask some advice following a fall. I was seen by the doctor within 5 minutes and referred for an x-ray at the local x-ray centre in town. Total medical visit was 45 minutes from walking into Golden Beach Medical Centre, referred for and having x-rays and then back in the car to enjoy the rest of our day. Amazing. Thank you

Love my Doctor, he really knows his stuff and always listens to me. The staff are also very supportive. I was so grateful to find such a great practice when I moved here from Brisbane.

We have moved into the area and we are looking for a new GP and not impressed with this practice. The GP whilst knowledgable did not have a good rapport or bedside manner and I had to pay for a long consult even though I knew it was not the right GP or medical practice for our family. The reception staff are rude and not friendly. Not a good experience at all and I would not recommend this practice.

We are so fortunate to have this establishment in Caloundra. I was following up my Care Plan appointment with my doctor. The nurse was on time and the doctor was only a few minutes later.It is a very well run practice. Good parking too.

Staff are Always friendly and curtious. My doctor who is Dr Peter de-wet is always so helpful and goes above and beyond in helping you even if you have gone past your allocated appointment time. There all good, so to be honest you can't go wrong.

Waited only 10 minutes in waiting room. Dr O’Donnell was very professional and at the same time had a great sense of humour. Sorted me out to my satisfaction. Very impressive as always.

Dr Gerry (Errol ) Beukes is the best Dr we've/ I've ever been to in my entire life, we followed him from the previous practice he was working for lucky for HotDoc . In my opinion there is no BETTER general practitioner who is genuinely concerned for your well-being, professional and caring for his patients. Would highly recommend Dr Gerry to everyone who wants a brilliant doctor.

After each visit I leave with a confidence and in-depth understanding of my current state of health; if there are uncertainties they are investigated, if there are results available they are explained in full. I couldn’t be happier with the care I receive! Thanks Michael.
